A 36-year-old Bloomfield woman accused of paying someone to kill her ex-husband was arrested in Simsbury last week.
Simsbury Police arrested Tiffany Khalily Stevens, of 38 Republic Drive, on July 13.
She was charged with inciting injury to persons or property.
Bond was set at $1 million and she has been released
Stevens has not entered a plea. She is due back in court on July 31.
