The warning was made against JetBlue flight 1007, which was traveling from Seattle to Long Beach, on the company's Twitter feed.

Agencies including the FBI, Long Beach Police Department and Long Beach Airport Police were waiting when the plane landed at around 7:57 p.m.

Police and bomb-sniffing dogs were brought in to inspect; however, both the plane and luggage were cleared and authorities determined that the threat was a hoax.
