The fan-favorite cereal, French Toast Crunch, is back, and it's taking 90s kids on a ride of nostalgia!

After frequent requests, a petition, and a Facebook group, General Mills has announced that it is bringing back the cereal.

Waylon Good, marketing manager for the company, said, “we have been overwhelmed by the consumer conversations, requests and passion for the cereal to come back.”

“We value our fans and are so excited to be able to bring it back for them,” he added.

Here are how some fans are reacting to the big news.

The "little toast-shaped, maple-flavored bites of deliciousness," first hit the shelves in late 1995 and were discontinued in 2006.

One can find French Toast Crunch at select supermarkets and retailers today, and nationwide by the end of January 2015.
