The pontiff touched down in New York City for the second leg of his trip to the United States. Thursday night, he will be celebrating a Vespers service at the St. Patrick's Cathedral in midtown Manhattan.

Earlier in the day, Pope Francis made a speech to Congress about embracing climate change and immigrants while he was in Washington, D.C.
