Police are searching for a suspect responsible for two shootings—a month apart— that left one cyclist dead and another driver injured in northern Colorado.Windsor police said that evidence connects the deadly shooting of a cyclist, John Jacoby and the shooting of a woman, Cori Romero driving on Interstate 25 last month. Jacoby, 48, was shot and killed while riding his bike north of Windsor—making his homicide the first in eight years. Romero was shot in the neck while driving on her way home from work when a car pulled up to her and shot through her window. The shootings appear random with no indication that the victims knew one another, police said.
