HHS Sec. Becerra Outlines Plan to Increase Access to Medication Abortion

Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra responded to the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, and outlined his agency’s response, including increased access to medication abortion in cases of risk to the life of the mother, rape or incest.
