The couple purchased the 1925 gated Mediterranean-style home from former National Lampoon Chief Executive Daniel Laikin. The estate had been on the market since November with a $7.995 million price tag.
The 8,835-square-foot abode includes media room, as well as a study and a pub.

Located on nearly three acres, the property includes a swimming pool, a detached guest house, and an outdoor patio surrounded by lush landscaped grounds.
Perry rose to fame in 2008 with the release of her second single, "I Kissed A Girl," which was blasted on radios and was heard in clubs across the nation. The bubbly songstress was photographed here at her 25th birthday party at a private space in Hollywood.
In Brand's recent movie, "Arthur," the British-born comedian plays the title character: a "lovable" playboy who might lose his inheritance if he doesn't marry. The film is a remake of the 1981 original, which starred Dudley Moore.
