Kris Humphries isn’t granting Kim Kardashian a divorce – he wants their 72-day marriage annulled.
The NBA baller filed for "nullity of voidable marriage" Wednesday in California and checked a box for “fraud” as the reason, People reported.
If he’s not granted an annulment, Humphries indicated in court papers he wants a legal separation.
“He is sensitive to marriage, both emotionally and religiously,” a source close to Humphries told Access Hollywood. “He went into it in good faith and never expected things to turn out this way.”
Outside family law attorney Scott Weston told People Humphries’ decision could tangle up Kardashian’s divorce case for “many months.”
That's just one more example of something lasting longer than the pair’s ill-fated marriage.
