Law Enforcement Issues Warning Ahead of Saturday's Protest: 'We're Not Going to Tolerate Violence”

Law enforcement leaders from Capitol and Metro police and Homeland Security issued warnings on Friday ahead of the Sept. 18 protest planned at the U.S. Capitol: “Our mission tomorrow is as our mission everyday, and that is to protect everyone’s rights to free speech and to allow them to lawfully demonstrate… [but] we’re not going to tolerate violence and we will not tolerate any criminal behavior of any kind.”
