A judge has ordered the 9-year-old stowaway who had his parents and airline officials frantic last week when he snuck onto a cross-country Delta flight to live away from his parents while they all undergo therapy. That ruling capped a Wednesday hearing in a Minnesota court, in response to a petition county officials had filed seeking protection for the boy, who reportedly has a history of behavioral problems. The boy's parents will have liberal visitation rights and phone contact while the boy stays at a county facility, the judge ruled. The ruling comes a week after the boy's father said at a news conference that he had repeatedly sought help for his child but to no avail. He said his son had been suspended from school when he snuck onto the flight to Las Vegas, pretending to be traveling with another family. The boy had earlier allegedly stolen a truck and often runs away from home.
