A single-engine plane safely landed on I-295 in Jacksonville, Florida just before 10 p.m. Saturday, blocking one lane of the highway. The cause of the crash is being investigated, reported WJXT-TV, which said the plane’s type has not been released. The private aircraft developed engine trouble before making its descent, reported The Florida Times-Union, which said the two people on board were not injured.
