Wisconsin Sen. Herb Kohl won't seek re-election in 2012, opening up another competitive race for the upper house. Kohl, owner of the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks, whose family founded the department store chain that bears their name, has held the seat for four terms. Kohl, 76, is the fifth Democratic senator to announce his retirement ahead of the 2012 election.
