Next Cut From “Dancing with the Stars” Is…

Nancy Grace gets the boot as DWTS heads into the semis

Nancy Grace couldn't make the case to remain in the final four on “Dancing with the Stars.”

The 52-year-old HLN host was voted off ABC’s dancing competition on Tuesday, just one week shy of the Season 13 semi-finals.

“I am so proud but I really cannot take the credit,” Grace said while standing next to Tristen MacManus, the pro partner she’s sparred with several times this season. “It’s been all Tristen from the get-go.”

The legal commentator and mother of twins was the likely choice to be cut, having landed at the bottom of the leaderboard on Monday and earned a fairytale-from-hell assessment from judge Len Goodman.

"Nancy, yours is a Cinderella story. You've come to the ball and you've lasted for eight weeks, which I commend you for," he told her. "For me, it's midnight and it's time to go home."

Grace’s exit extended Rob Kardashian another lifeline. He’ll return to the ballroom next week to face off against pro soccer player Hope Solo, talk show host Ricki Lake and veteran turned soap star J.R. Martinez.

Martinez is looking like the favorite to take home the mirrorball trophy. On Monday he scored this season’s first set of 10s – twice.
