NSA Eavesdropped on Last 3 French Presidents: WikiLeaks

The U.S. National Security Agency spied on the last three French presidents, according to documents published by WikiLeaks late Tuesday, The Associated Press reported. There was no immediate confirmation of the documents' accuracy from the White House, the offices of French President Francois Hollande or previous French president Jacques Chirac, who was reportedly an eavesdropping target. A spokesman for WikiLeaks told The Associated Press he was confident the documents were authentic. The documents were released in collaboration with the French newspaper Liberation and investigative website Mediapart.
