Patriots to Host Titans in Divisional Round of Playoffs

The New England Patriots will host the Tennessee Titans next weekend.

The Saturday night game in Foxboro will mark the first time the two teams have faced each other this season.

New England tweeted the information following the Buffalo Bills loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, with the hashtag #NotDone.

Tom Brady is 6-1 against the Titans, including the playoffs. The only loss was in 2002, and the Patriots won six straight after that.

The defending Super Bowl Champion Patriots are seeking their seventh consecutive AFC Championship Game appearance.

The Titans beat the Kansas City Chiefs 22-21 in the first wild card game on Saturday, January 6. Tennessee held the Chiefs scoreless in the second half to overcome an 18-point deficit, giving the team their first postseason win since 2003.

Titans cornerback Logan Ryan, who spent four seasons with the Patriots before signing with Tennessee this past spring, will face his former teammates in the Saturday night contest.

The Titans and Patriots are set to kickoff at 8:15 p.m. on January 13 at Gillette Stadium.
