Taylor Swift May Sue Over Nude Photo Scandal

The crossover country singer denies that she is the subject of the topless photo.

Life isn't always a fairytale for pop-country princess Taylor Swift, who is considering suing celebrity website Celeb Jihad for posting an alleged topless photo of her.

The 21-year-old crossover superstar is assuring fans that she is not the girl in the photo, which shows an underwear-clad young blonde who resembles Swift. The accompanying story’s headline reads, "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?"

According to TMZ, Swift and her lawyers are threatening to sue the website for trademark infringement if the photo is not taken down. The singer's reps penned a letter to Celeb Jihad saying that the post was based on "false pornographic images and false 'news.'"

In a statement to E! News, a spokesperson for Celeb Jihad confirmed the legal threat, adding that the site would remove the picture—if the singer agrees to convert to Islam. Needless to say, the photo remains.

The squeaky-clean Swift is certainly not the first celebrity to be involved in a skin scandal. Earlier this year, nude self-taken photos of a woman who looked suspiciously like “Gossip Girl” Blake Lively surfaced, but the actress denied that the photos were of her.

Scarlett Johansson just opened up to Vanity Fair about her self-shot nude photos, which were hacked from her phone this year. The actress said the photos were meant for her then-husband Ryan Reynolds.

At least someone is proud of her pics—ScarJo told the mag, "I know my best angles."
