Oklahoma Congressman Tom Cole is getting a taste of Mystic Pizza as U.S. Rep. Joe Courtney delivers on a friendly wager he made over the UConn vs. Oklahoma University Fiesta Bowl.
Courtney bet Mystic Pizza, and Cole wagered chocolate from the Chicksaw Nation’s Bedre Chocolates.
On Jan. 1, the Sooners beat UConn, 48-20.
Cole said he’s familiar with Mystic Pizza. He spent two years in Connecticut for graduate school at Yale.
