Watch the Finals in Men's 50m Rifle 3 Position

The final day of shooting on Sunday features just one event: men’s 50m rifle 3 position.

Ahead of the final 12:00 p.m. ET, Russian Sergey Kamenskiy, led the competition in qualification.

U.S. sharpshooter Matt Emmons fell to 19th place and did not make the final. The 35-year-old, who won gold in the 2004 Athens Games in prone shooting, has had some road bumps since then in the 50m rifle 3 position event. Multiple times, he has been one shot away from earning medals, even gold, in prior Olympics.

Also in the field was Niccolo Campriani, the reigning gold medalist. The Italian has already won gold in the 10m air rifle event and squeaked through to the final in the 50m rifle 3 position on Sunday.
