Everything Still Rosey at Travelers

Justin Rose will wake up Sunday morning with a chance to win his second consecutive tournament on the PGA Tour.

The Englishman shot a 68 Saturday to take a three-stroke lead into the final day of the Travelers Championship in Cromwell.

Rose's third round put him at 16-under par, but it wasn't without a hiccup.  He put his tee shot on the par-five 13th into the water and made bogey, before recovering with a birdie on the 15th. "I responded really well to that little mini-crisis out there," Rose said of his mistake on 13.  "You know you don't play 72 holes without being tested."

Another slight test came on the 18th when his drive landed in a divot in the middle of the fairway.  Someone told rules officials they believed the ball moved after Rose addressed it during his approach shot, which meant a possible penalty stroke.  Rose said his caddy told him to hold off signing his score card until the matter had been resolved.  It was, with no penalty to Rose.

2003 British Open Champion Ben Curtis shot a 64 on Saturday, moving him within three shots of Rose.

Rose won the 2010 Memorial Tournament two weeks ago.  It was his first win on the PGA Tour.  He did not play in last week's U.S. Open at Pebble Beach.
