Tomorrow morning (Tuesday), I fly to D.C. I never thought that I would be going to the White House as a guest. I figured it would be as a tourist, walking along the perimeter and taking pictures from a thousand feet away.
Wednesday, I'm going to be posing for a picture while shaking hands with the President in the White House.
Everyone keeps asking me if I'm excited to go to the White House. Of course I am!
Others have asked me to say a few words about the health care system.
Mmmm, if only being an Olympic medalist gave me special powers. I don't know what to expect, but I want to take in every moment while I can.
