St. Onge's Olympic-Sized Breakfast

Forget the Wheaties, Ryan St. Onge puts away pancakes, French toast sticks, bacon, eggs, bread and more before he steps into his skis and defies gravity.

It takes six plates of food to fill this East Hampton native’s Olympic-size stomach.

“You really need a good breakfast to go out and train well,” he says in a video he shot leading up to the 2010 Vancouver Winter games.

St. Onge made it through the qualifying jumps on Monday night,. You can watch it again here.  He will compete in the finals on Thursday.

After seeing his breakfast, we’re even more impressed that he can fly the way he does.
