There are 9 championship banners that hang inside Gampel Pavilion in Storrs. Six of them belong to the women's basketball team, and three belong to the men's team.
In a new video put together by UConn, the school says it's no accident the teams have been so successful. The video shows players from both teams working hard in practice and in the weight room, with a booming voice that says "We don't come to practice basketball, we come to practice perfect."
