KEEPING IT PERFECT

The U.S. men’s and women’s basketball teams returned Sunday.

The women, who have won all their games easily, beat China 105-62 Sunday and head to the quarterfinals where they will play Japan on Tuesday.

On the men’s side, the team is coming off a close, three-point escape against Serbia after struggling to beat Australia. Now Carmelo Anthony, Kyrie Irving and the rest of the squad have to face France, possibly the toughest test yet for the U.S. The French are led by NBA stars Tony Parker and Boris Diaw.
