A Really Big Bust

Police arrest $1000 prostitute

Who said the economy was hurting he oldest profession out there? Apparently, they didn't talk to Barbara Anderson Cohen.

She didn't charge as much as Ashley Dupre, the call girl whose calls landed former New York governor Eliot Spitzer on the unemployment line.

Cohen now has the distinction of being the first woman arrested by Chicago police to charge more than a $1000.

Cook County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Patterson told the Chicago Sun-Times Cohen was busted on a prostitution charge Jan. 16 after she flew in from Las Vegas and agreed to have sex in a Loop hotel.

The $1000 for two hours of, you know what, was more than 120 other women arrested by the sheriff's office during he last two years, Patterson told the Sun-Times.
