Police arrested a Stamford man who is accused of exposing himself to a pedestrian.
The call came into police about a man exposing himself in the back of a pickup truck on Lockwood Avenue, under the Interstate 95 overpass in Stamford, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Responding police officers found Francisco Oliveros crouched down in the front seat of the truck. When they asked Oliveros' what he was doing, he said he was changing into another pair of pants, the Advocate reports. The only problem was he didn't have another pair inside the truck.
Oliveros is charged with public indecency.
