- 3-4 pound bottom round roast
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon chili pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 cup coke
- 4 cups cut carrots
Line a 4-6 quart crock pot with aluminum foil. Mix the spice in a bowl and cover the roast well with the mix. Pour the coke in the foil and dump in the carrots. Gently place the roast in the crock pot and fold the foil over and seal well. Place the lid on the top and set on low for 8 hours.
