Buffalo Chicken and Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white beans
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups chopped chicken breast
  • 1/4  cup hot sauce
  • 2 cups tomato sauce

Instructions:

Layer the beans, celery, onion, and garlic on the bottom of a crock pot. Drizzle in the olive oil and honey. Top with the diced chicken and pour in the hot sauce and tomato juice. Set on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream.
