We celebrated National Peach Pie Day by making a scrumptious pie.
Bourbon Peach Pie
- 6 large peaches
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c flour
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c bourbon
Mix all ingredients. Place in between 2 pie crusts (preferably homemade). Bake at 375 degrees until crust is golden.
