Cheese Fondue

  • 3 cups shredded cheese. Use a combo of Swiss, Gruyere, and Gouda
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 cup white wine
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 clove garlic chopped

Toss all ingredients in a slow cooker and turn on to high for 20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Mix well and set on warm, serve with toasted bread, potatoes, mini pickles and pearl onions.
