- 1 cup of semi sweet choc chips
- 1 stick of butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of brewed coffee
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of rum extract
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave for about 45 seconds or until melted. Stir well. Make sure chocolate is cooled, then ad eggs, sugar, coffee, vanilla, and rum extract. Grease a 9 inch glass pie plate. Pour batter in greased pie plate and bake for about 40 minutes. Insert toothpick in the center, should come out with just a few crumbs. Let cool for 30 minutes. Can dust with powder sugar, ad pecans, walnuts, ice cream, or whipping cream.
