Farm Fresh Tomato Salad



    A Colon Cancer Patient Gets the Right Care at the Right Time


    • 2 each, vine ripe tomatoes, 1/4ed
    • 1 head butter lettuce
    • 1 head roasted garlic
    • 1 piece Melville cheese, cut in 1/8
    • 4 oz. walla walla sweet onion dressing- following
    • 8 eacah sungold tomatoes
    • Sea salt
    • Extra virgin olove oil
    • 2 ea sweet onions- sliced one in thick
    • 2 T white balsamic vinager
    • 6 T extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 T sherry vinegar
    Grill onions or bake in oven till tender, place in blender, add vinegar and oil.
    Assemble: dress greens in bowl, arrange greens, tomatoes, roasted garlic, cheeses, sungold tomatoes on plate, drizzle some dressing on plate, season with evoo and sea salt
