Garlic Bread With Chef Edwin

  •  Loaf Ciabatta bread
  • 1 pound butter
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 4oz chives
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Shallot
  •  White  wine
  • Blue cheese crumble
     

Soften the butter with a table mixer, add butter, garlic puree, chopped parsley and combine well set aside.  To make the blue cheese fondue, in sauce pan and 2oz butter, shallots, and cook for two minutes until shallots are soft.  Add wine reduce by half and add the cream. Wisk in the blue cheese crumbles and let it sit for 5 minutes until blue cheese is completely melted (set sauce aside).  For 4-8 people.
