Granola Bites Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 20 bites)

  • 1 1/2 Cups gluten free oats
  • 3/4 Cup pure love granola - any flavor
  • 3/4 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. almond, coconut or soy milk
  • 1/2 Cup sunflower butter, almond or peanut butter
  • 1/3 Cup pure maple syrup or honey

Preparation

  1. Place the oats, granola and coconut flakes in a mixing bowl and combine.
  2. Add in the sunflower butter, almond milk and maple syrup and mix well with your hands until the mixture comes together.
  3. Once mixed, scoop out all of the bites. Ready to eat or keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
