Ingredients (Makes 20 bites)
- 1 1/2 Cups gluten free oats
- 3/4 Cup pure love granola - any flavor
- 3/4 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 Tbsp. almond, coconut or soy milk
- 1/2 Cup sunflower butter, almond or peanut butter
- 1/3 Cup pure maple syrup or honey
Preparation
- Place the oats, granola and coconut flakes in a mixing bowl and combine.
- Add in the sunflower butter, almond milk and maple syrup and mix well with your hands until the mixture comes together.
- Once mixed, scoop out all of the bites. Ready to eat or keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
