Gulf Shrimp Salad

Shrimp salad

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup diced celery

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Mix the cooked shrimp, diced red onion, and diced celery together. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until fully incorporated. Toss the shrimp with the dressing and serve.  Makes 6 cups.
