CT LIVE!: Homemade Herbed Cheese Dip

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh thyme (dried okay too)
  • 2 teaspoon chopped shallots
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the ingredients, and chill for at least 4 hours.

Makes approximately ¾ pint
