This recipe serves four (or more!)
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 6 Kiwi Fruit-peeled, cut into 1” pieces
- 3 Limes-juiced
- Place the water and sugar together in a saucepan, stirring to dissolve. Bring to a boil, remove from the heat and reserve.
- Place the kiwi, lime and sugar syrup from above in a blender and puree fully. Pass the mixture through a fine sifter to remove small seeds.
- Churn the mixture in an ice cream machine according to manufacturers directions. Serve garnished with a fresh kiwi slice , lime wedge and a crisp cookie. Enjoy!
