Simple Microwaved Eggs



    A Colon Cancer Patient Gets the Right Care at the Right Time


    • A couple of drops of oil
    • 4 eggs
    • Salt and pepper
    • Tabasco


    Place one to two drops of oil in each cup

    Crack eggs in 6-ounce coffee cups

    Season with a pinch of salt, a couple of grinds of black pepper and a dash of Tabasco

    Put in a microwave on high for one to two minutes. (Eggs are done when you can see no more raw whites)

    Carefully remove cup from microwave and unmold eggs onto plate.

    Variation 1



    • ¼ cup chopped ham
    • 4 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese


    Add two tablespoons chopped ham and one tablespoon of shredded cheddar to the cup after the oil in step 1.

    Continue with recipe as above

    Variation 2



    • ¼ cup chopped bell pepper
    • 4 Tbsp. shredded Swiss Cheese


    Add two tablespoons chopped bell pepper and one tablespoon shredded Swiss cheese to each coffee cup after the oil in step 1

    Continue with recipe above.

    Jerry Kids Microwaved Omelet


    • 3 eggs
    • 1 Tbsp. butter
    • ¼ cup chopped ham
    • 4 Tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 Tsp. salt
    • ¼ Tsp. pepper 

    In a 2-cup plastic microwavable bowl crack the three eggs

    Lightly whip with a fork

    Add in the butter, ham, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well with a fork

    Place in a microwave on high for two minutes. When done, the omelet with have slightly risen and the eggs will be fully cooked.

    Carefully remove and unmold onto a plate
