Slow Roast Corned Beef Sandwich

  • 2-3 pound piece of corned beef
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 1-12 ounce beer

Pre heat the oven to 325 degrees. Place the corned beef in a roasting pan large enough to hold it. Sprinkle the top with the coriander, mustard seed and black pepper. Pour in the beer and wrap with foil. Place the corned beef in the oven and slow roast for 4-6 hours.

  • Rye bread
  • Sauerkraut
  • Mustard
  • Swiss cheese
