- 1 package romaine hearts, chopped
- ½ cup to 1 cup French dressing
- 1 avocado, pitted and cut into ½-inch cubes
- 3 plum tomatoes, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 6 strips of bacon, chopped
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 3 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
Place the greens on a platter.
Line the avocado, tomato, bacon, chicken, eggs and blue cheese in strips on top of the greens.
Serve the dressing on the side or toss right before serving.
