- 2 each, vine ripe tomatoes, 1/4ed
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 head roasted garlic
- 1 piece Melville cheese, cut in 1/8
- 4 oz. walla walla sweet onion dressing- following
- 8 eacah sungold tomatoes
- Sea salt
- Extra virgin olove oil
Dressing:
- 2 ea sweet onions- sliced one in thick
- 2 T white balsamic vinager
- 6 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T sherry vinegar
Grill onions or bake in oven till tender, place in blender, add vinegar and oil.
Assemble: dress greens in bowl, arrange greens, tomatoes, roasted garlic, cheeses, sungold tomatoes on plate, drizzle some dressing on plate, season with evoo and sea salt
