Honeycrisp Apple Salad


  • 2 large Lyman Orchard honey crisp apples
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. grape seed oil
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Prepare all ingredients and combine in a medium bowl.
  • Stir until dressing evenly coats the vegetables.

Goes great over grilled chicken or a tuna steak.
