Kielbasa, Peppers and Onions


  • 1 pound kielbasa cut into 2-3 inch pieces
  • 1 quart onions sliced
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beer


Place the cut kielbasa, onions, peppers, chili powder, balsamic, and w sauce in a mixing bowl to combine. Dump into a slow cooker and pour in the beer. Cover and set to high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Serve on toasted rolls with spicy mustard.
