Orange and Passion Fruit Sorbet

This recipe makes about 1 1/2 quarts of sorbet.


  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Passion Fruit Juice
  • 3 Cups Orange Juice
  • 1 Cup Water


  • Bring the first measure of water up to a boil and add the sugar. Stir to dissolve and return to a gentle boil. Cool and reserve for sorbet.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the reserved sugar syrup, passion fruit juice, orange juice and second measure of water.
  • Transfer into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
  • Serve and enjoy!
