Pineapple, Bacon and Roasted Jalapeno Bites

This recipe makes 24 pieces.


24 Fresh Pineapple Chunks-About 1” in size

6 Bacon Slices-cooked nearly crisp, each slice cut in 4 pieces

¼ Cup Your Favorite Barbecue Sauce-place in a squeeze bottle

4 Fire Roasted Jalapenos-peeled, seeded, each cut into 6 pieces


Lay out all of the pineapple chunks out on a serving tray. Top each slice with a piece of cooked bacon. Add a dot of your favorite barbecue sauce and top with a piece of the roasted jalapeno. Hold all together with a decorative toothpick and enjoy!
