Shrimp and Corn Salad

1 pound cooked shrimp
1 cup corn
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Old Bay seafood seasonings
1 bunch scallions chopped

Place the shrimp, corn, onion, and celery in a large bowl and mix well. Pour in the lemon juice, vinegar, honey and sour cream and stir to combine. Then toss with the old bay and scallions. Taste and adjust seasoning with a bit more old bay if needed. Serve on a toasted roll or an a bed of lettuce.
