UConn Dairy Bar Style Ice Cream #1 Favorite Flavor


Makes 1 Quart Plus

1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (1- 14 oz can)
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Cup Heavy Cream
½ tsp. Fine Sea Salt
½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter-softened in the microwave until slightly liquid
½ Cup Chocolate Covered Peanuts

 - Place the sweetened condensed milk in a bowl large enough to accommodate the next two ingredients. Gradually whisk in the whole milk followed by the heavy cream and the salt. Freeze in an ice cream machine according to manufacturers directions.

-  When the ice cream is nearly fully set up finish by mixing in the softened peanut butter and chocolate covered peanuts. Serve as is, or finish freezing by transferring to a a container and placing in the freezer for a few hours.
