Missing 82-Year-Old From Berlin Found
A Silver Alert has expired for a missing 82-year-old man from Berlin. Romauld Mogdans was found on Dec. 10, according to Berlin police. Mogdans is 5-foot-6 and weighs 190 pounds. He has white hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Berlin police at 860-828-7080.
