Connecticut State Colleges and Universities is seeing indications that people could be considering community colleges.

The state college system announced the next step towards free community college for students in the state.

The Connecticut Board of Regents took the next step in making community college free for full-time students Thursday by approving the “Pledge to Advance Connecticut,” or PACT plan.
