Interstate 395

Interstate 395 North in Norwich was closed Monday morning because of a truck fire, but traffic is getting by again. State police said I-395 was closed between exits 14 and 18 because of a tractor-trailer fire and they are asked drivers to avoid the area and take other routes if possible. The right lane remains closed.
