Want a taste of spring? Nothing says springtime like a 45,000 square foot garden.
The Connecticut Convention Center Exhibit Hall in Hartford is roomy enought, and will be filled with plants, soils and fertilizers this week.
The award winning landscape is all part of the 2011 Connecticut Flower and Garden Show. Visit over 250 booths and become familiar with the latest products to spruce up your back yard.
It is an experience for the whole family, with arts and crafts for the kids and educational seminars for Mom and Dad.
All tickets include free admission to the seminars. Adults pay $14, seniors $12 (Thursday and Friday only) and children 7-14 get in for $2. Little ones under 6 get in for free. And it's cash only to get into the show. Show hours are as follows:

Friday, February 25: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
